Our estimates include all parts and installation fees—there are no hidden costs or added expenses—what we quote is what you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your call is always answered by a real live customer service representatives during our regular working hours. We Value Your Time – We know that our customers are busy people and we make every effort to accommodate their schedules. On the day of your appointment, our technicians will contact you while on route to let you know we are on our way – keeping your wait time to a minimum. Honest Service – HOME Appliance Repair team is committed to Honest Service. We only replace the parts of your appliance that are defective. If the appliance is not worth repairing, we’ll tell you that up front.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At HOME Appliance Repair our factory trained technicians are licensed and insured, making them fully qualified to repair, service and maintain all your major appliances. We are responsible for our work and provide a guarantee of 30 days for all our service and repair work.
