We were very happy and impressed with Jacob's work. He agreed to our initial time request and even offered sooner availability in his schedule, which worked wonderfully for us. The bed is perfect, and our daughter loves it. He asked questions and made sure we were satisfied with placement and structure as well as helping us be aware of small damages from shipping. He was timely and efficient, and I would highly recommend Jacob's services. If I have another job needed in the future, I will definitely be checking with him first.

Jacob was efficient, brought all the tools he needed to build my privacy screens and cleaned up all the packing materials the screens came with. The job went so smoothly, I'm thinking of buying more and having Jacob come back and build them.

My pricing reflects the value of my time that could be spent at my other form of employment. I enjoy the art of the deal or a unique bartering opportunity from time to time but generally do not negotiate price without a change in the scope of work or materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m very detail oriented, I will likely ask a lot of questions and ask for several photos before I make an effort to see the project in person/ provide a quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Carpenter. Currently employed in heavy civil construction (bridges).
