- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's always pretty fair. I'm internally wire to get a fair shake... that way it's a win win
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I often prefer to discuss it on the phone because might have alot of info to share but there are exceptions. I have also learned it's always best to see the job no matter what it is big or little . Good pics can save a trip. sometimes I can make a price quickly and usually do. sometimes ya can't tell what it's gonna take so I tell em I do my best and folks are always happy with what I come with because it amounts to fix and a days pay.... I come from the school we're you never talk wages in the ....
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I honestly just have good old fashioned experience. I like to think I'm self trained quite a bit but I also am good learner when I'm watching other trades or vids. I have many yrs reading prints and instructions putting things together I just know how to get through them kits... I also enjoy RC vehicles which helps keep ya in the Zone
