M&M have done a couple of roof repairs for us involving inadequate ventilation that caused condensation as well as a leak around our chimney. They've always been courteous, responsible, and the most important: responsive in this age of ghosting.

We had M & M Prime roofing come out to give us a report on our roof and to check out the moss growth situation since we are going through the refinance process. They gave us a thorough report by the next day. I asked for a quote for getting the work done and they had one for me right away. The price they quoted was very fair (we checked other companies as well) and they were able to come and do the work the next day. The workers were friendly and I was kept updated by their office admin when they left for lunch and when the work was completed. They even added the gutter cleaning and the moss removal for our garage. They sent pictures of the before and after along with the completed report and I can say we are very pleased and would definitely use them again in the future!

This company exceeded every expectation I had. After calling SEVERAL roofing companies and never getting calls back from them, I called M&M Roofing for my roof leak. They picked up right away and got me on the schedule the NEXT day. I couldn't believe it! They showed me photos of what was broken that was causing our leak and explained the diagnosis. They explained what they could do to fix it and got started right away. You saved my attic and my home from any more water damage. They were friendly and good people.
