FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Training sessions are offered in packages of 4, 8, 12, and 16. Package size is based off of weekly training frequency working out to a monthly total. Higher frequency training packages carry a lower price per training session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client I always start with an interview process to get a good understanding of the client's goals, past experiences with training, and any other wants and needs that may be vital to their success. Following the interview process I do a thorough movement evaluation to identify any red-flags that would be essential components to address first in the development of our training program. During the initial evaluation and consistently through the training process I repeatedly explain the relevance of what we're doing and why to foster a better understanding of the training process for each and every client. Finally, following the initial evaluation, I lay out the plan for the client's program based on their goals and their initial capabilities. Plans include weekly breakdowns of goal-oriented exercise selections and overall volumes of work based on what the client and I have discussed as realistic expectations. No plan is set in stone however and there is constant reevaluation during the training process assessing whether adjustments need to be made or if things should continue on their current path.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
