FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first session is always free so you can test my style before committing to one of many packages. I offer both 30 and 60 minute sessions depending on your goals, schedule, and preferences. Unit pricing will decrease as you purchase: 1) longer sessions and/or 2) more sessions in bulk. Ultimately, I can work with you and your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon arrival, I will ask for some basic information and ask you to complete a waiver. While we're chatting, I will get to know more about you, your goals, your injuries, your health history, and your lifestyle. Next, I will perform a small fitness assessment to further familiarize myself to your fitness needs. Once that is all said and done, we will get to the real work. I will have your heart beating out of your chest, sweat dripping down your back, and swear words flying out of your mouth. During your cool down, we will chat about programs, packages, and set you up with your next appointment! Trust me, you will be hooked.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from THE Ohio State University (Go Bucks). I also hold active certifications from American Council on Exercise (ACE) and CPR/First Aid. In addition to my certifications, I have years of experience achieving my own fitness goals and helping others accomplish their goals in fun, safe, and effective ways.
