- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: I personally call each new client to understand their specific notary needs, document requirements, and any special circumstances. This helps me ensure I can provide the most appropriate service, whether that's mobile or online notarization. Scheduling & Preparation: During our call, we'll arrange a time and location that works best for you. I offer flexible scheduling and can come to your home, office, or another convenient location. For online notarizations, we'll ensure you have the proper technology setup. Securing Your Appointment: To confirm your appointment, I require a $25 deposit which is applied toward your final service fee. This helps ensure commitment from both parties and allows me to block dedicated time for your notarization needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Quality Assurance: As an NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent with LSS Certification and comprehensive insurance coverage, I bring professional-grade equipment (mobile printer and scanner) to every appointment. This allows me to handle any unexpected document needs that may arise.
