- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The nature of garage doors is that every job is different so it's very difficult for us to give a quote over the phone, so we offer free on-site estimates for every job, no matter how large or small.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a call from a client, we'll send a technician out to his/her home for a free estimate. 9 times out of 10 we can fix the problem on the spot but there is no obligation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians receive several weeks of training followed by multiple ride-alongs with an experienced technician before they go out on their own. We also have access to business coaches with 30+ years of service if there's ever something we haven't seen before.
