FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent and fair pricing. There are no hidden fees—what we quote is what you pay. We offer competitive rates based on the scope and complexity of your project to suit your specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What you can expect when working with us: 1. Initial Contact & In-Person Consultation (Free) Once we connect, we start with a conversation to understand your project and schedule an in-person consultation to better understand your needs, vision, and goals. This allows us to gather detailed information about the project and ensure we’re fully aligned with what you’re looking for. 2. Project Evaluation & On-the-Spot Insights During the consultation, we assess the scope of work and let you know right away if the project is something we can take on, when we can start, and answer any questions you have. 3. Customized Proposal Based on our discussion, we provide a transparent clear quote outlining the scope of work, timeline, and pricing. We always send it in writing so you have everything clearly laid out and there are no surprises. 4. Follow-Up & Scheduling Once the quote is accepted, we move into scheduling and planning. We’ll confirm timelines and next steps. 5. Execution with Regular Check-ins Throughout the project, we keep you informed, address any changes, and ensure everything is going according to plan. 6. Project Completion Once complete, we walk through the final deliverables with you to make sure everything meets or exceeds your expectations. 7. Follow-Up Support We don’t disappear after delivery. We offer ongoing support or maintenance options and are always available for follow-up questions.
