Lupe was amazing. Came early, Very nice, shook my hand and introduced himself as soon as I opened the door. Detail oriented, explained things throughly and informed me where my air filter was, how to change it. Replaced the hose for the heater. Explained where I could get all the parts for my heater if I need a quick fix. And how to contact them for additional questions or help.# Great worker

I just want to say how amazing Ambrosio was when it came to helping us out. Our heat went out in the house and they sent out ambrosio to fix the issue. On arrival he was super nice and instantly went to work to fix the issue. Not only did he fix it fast and Effortlessly but he was super respectful and understanding when it came to answering all our questions and concerns.

Called Pro Heating to get a second opinion. They fixed my heating that basically needed only some adjustments. Another large company after several attempts could not fix the issue and were of the opinion the duct work in my home that is only 5 years old needed the ductwork to be replaced.The engineer Selvin from Pro Heating applied a more logical approach to diagnosing the system that also involved listening to me. This guy made sense.Thank you Selvin A.
