I offer a range of pricing options depending on the type of event and level of service requested. My services are customizable, which allows me to cater to different budgets, from intimate dinners to grand events. I believe in transparency, so I discuss all costs upfront, including chef fees, menu pricing, and any additional services like cocktail pairings. Discounts may be available for larger bookings or returning clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by having a detailed conversation to understand your vision, preferences, and dietary needs. We’ll discuss the type of event, desired menu, and any special touches you’d like included. From there, I create a customized proposal, and once approved, I handle the rest, from menu planning to execution. Communication is key, so I make sure to keep you informed every step of the way to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over twenty years in the culinary and hospitality industry, I’ve held positions from chef to operations manager, giving me a well-rounded understanding of both food preparation and guest services. My hands-on experience in fine dining restaurants and as a private chef has equipped me with the skills to handle a wide range of events and cuisines. Additionally, I stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to continually enhance my offerings.
