- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Considering the size of the project, a deposit might be required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process starts off with first getting in touch with a customer and discussing what work they would like done on their project. Secondly, scheduling a time and date to meet at the location of where the project will be done and doing a walk through in person of the project to see for myself what exactly needs to be done as well as the customer letting me know what exactly they are wanting and the time frame in which they need it done. Then, I sit down at home and write out an estimate in a detailed manner that is easy to understand for the customer and send it to their phone. Assuming the customer agrees to the bid, we begin working on the project at the scheduled time. After the project is completed and all cleaned up, I do a final walk through with the customer to make sure they are satisfied with the work done and if so, the payment is collected.
