He was quick to respond, readily available to start the work, he did an honest bid then when he discovered that the project was bigger once he opened it up, he still did a reasonable adjustment of the final price and made the whole project very easy for me. These are before and after for a cement patch. English might not be his first language, but if you speak slowly and concise, it's no problem to communicate.
