Tony contacted me right away and scheduled a time to come out and quote me for a small job, a vent run to our master bathroom. He came out, gave us a good price, was kind, quick and had availability soon. He just left, and in addition to completing the job in under an hour, his partner (sorry, I didn't catch his name) spotted a small leak under the house, which likely would have went unchecked for some time, potentially saving us a whole lot more money. Good price. Good Quality. Good guys. If I have heating issues they'll be my first call.
