Hi! My name is Ian Rhoades. I am a 20+ year Grants Pass local who has been in the Vacation Rental Management business for a year and a half now where I run and operate my own Vacation Rentals and I also help other property owners run their properties as Vacation Rentals. With my experience in this industry, I have been able to develop a system that increases occupancy rates and nightly rates. I have also been able to drastically mitigate the risk of bad guests with my unique management system. I am passionate about being able to turn an average property into an exceptional property where guests can enjoy time at my properties during their travels to Grants Pass. I also pride myself on my ability to provide the most hospitable experience for my guests which, in turn, brings the most value to my clients who's properties I manage. I also make my clients the beneficiaries for this insurance policy and they don't have to pay for this benefit.
