- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The below rates include the photo booth setup, someone to man the booth for the duration of event, unlimited printed photo strips, dedicated Facebook page, background and props, and the ability to send digital photos to e-mail and text. You will be sent all photos digitally via email the day after the event. RATES FOR WEDDINGS AND CORPORATE EVENTS: Up to 4 hours = $850 4-6 hours = $1100 RATES FOR BIRTHDAY, ANNIVERSARY, GRADUATION, AND OTHER PERSONAL PARTIES: Up to 4 hours = $650 4-6 hours = $850 Add-ons: Full set of printed pictures for you = $100 Photo Memory Book = (Included FREE in Wedding Package) $100 TRAVEL: We will travel up to 75 miles from the Grants Pass area. Anything beyond that will have a travel fee added. NOTE: If you are looking for a mirror booth or a 360 booth, we do not carry either of these. Please do not ask us for these.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we agree on the booking, I will send you a contract, which you will sign and send back to me. I will collect a booking fee, which is 50% of your total fee. The booking fee secures your date.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Give as many details as possible. Date and hours, expected attendance, age range, whether it is outdoors or indoors, nature of the event (birthday party, church activity, festival, etc.), and whether you would be willing to pay for travel.
