- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as reasonable as possible when pricing an event. I prefer to be over staffed vs under staffed because I want your guests to spend their time enjoying the event, not waiting for a drink! A cheaper quote does not necessarily mean you will get a comparable service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to have a phone conversation with a client to learn more about their event and their needs so we can both decide if working together is a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of bartending, serving and event management experience.
