Linda responded to our house/petsitting appointment request fast & kept in touch with us really well. This week she came to our home to meet our pets, see our environment, & she spoke with us & asked questions so comfortably at ease that we hired her. It’s the 1st time we’ve used online petsitting service & I know we’ll have a fun, relaxing vacation with Linda staying on our property caring for our furry kids!

Linda did a great job with my older lab mix. My dog was happy and well taken care of. Embarrassingly enough, I was working on a flea situation when I left town, and Linda was so helpful and really went above and beyond by spraying and even brought over a natural remedy she used for fleas. She left the house in perfect condition, and even washed the bedding.
I would not hesitate to use Linda again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
3 day minimum fee for care outside of Eugene/Springfield.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact and providing you with any information you may need, we set up a meet and greet at your home where you can see I am who I present myself. At that time we meet your pets and talk in detail about their care needs and any other responsibilities. A tour of your home and security instructions are provided when you have made your decision to hire. When you feel comfortable to hire, you provide a key which I personally will keep secure in a fire and waterproof safe. Some clients prefer their key returned after each visit, others have me hold on to it. If I am holding a key, it makes life easier in the event something happens where you are unable to make it home for a feeding or potty break, medicine.
Whatever you feel comfortable with, key preference is your choice.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My love for animals and desire to be a part of ensuring pets are safe, loved, and in all ways taken care of while their humans are away from home keeps me doing this.
