- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
3 day minimum fee for care outside of Eugene/Springfield.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact and providing you with any information you may need, we set up a meet and greet at your home where you can see I am who I present myself. At that time we meet your pets and talk in detail about their care needs and any other responsibilities. A tour of your home and security instructions are provided when you have made your decision to hire. When you feel comfortable to hire, you provide a key which I personally will keep secure in a fire and waterproof safe. Some clients prefer their key returned after each visit, others have me hold on to it. If I am holding a key, it makes life easier in the event something happens where you are unable to make it home for a feeding or potty break, medicine. Whatever you feel comfortable with, key preference is your choice.

My love for animals and desire to be a part of ensuring pets are safe, loved, and in all ways taken care of while their humans are away from home keeps me doing this.
