My love for fitness started with a bad car accident. My spine and back were injured, and for years I sought treatment from chiropractors, acupuncturists, and physical therapists. These treatments helped in the short term, but it wasn’t until I began lifting weights and building strength in my back that I got real relief. I didn't think weight lifting was something I'd ever be able to do, but with the help of personal trainers I learned that lifting was for me and it has become an obsession! I want to show that fitness is for everyone. In my six years as a personal trainer I’ve helped everyone from the elderly, young athletes, and tech professionals get into the best shape of their lives. Let me do the same for you!
I am a NASM Certified Trainer and Certified Nutrition Specialist and hold a Bachelor's degree from Washington State University.
