- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to work with a client on price. I'm a low overhead trainer, but I do need to earn a living. I currently charge $45 per session and $65 for couples.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out where they are in terms of strength, mobility, flexibility, and aerobic capacity. We take one to two sessions to work the major muscles and attempt to get the "soreness" out of the way. From there we alternate the focus on upper, or lower body while keeping core strength as involved as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue to earn CEC's with the American College of Sports Medicine. I chose ACSM for their reputation and continuing education courses.
