- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by the volume that your items fill in our 16 cubic yard dump truck (as professional haulers, we do not use pickup trucks!). Our minimum is $129 and we have 9 total price increments up to $785 for a full truck. One of our green guarantees is price assurance. This means you will never pay more than your on-site proposal unless you add items to the job afterward. You may even pay less if your items take up less space than what we estimated!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your appointment is booked for a 2 hour window for a free, no obligation estimate. We will send 2 luggers to the job. If you agree to the estimate, we do the job right then and there!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our team goes through lugger training as well as customer service training when onboarded. We have quarterly trainings with our team and monthly team breakfasts to recap the previous month. Our crew is all fully insured and background checked.
