- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing complicated. I charge an hourly rate. Straight time and materials. If it means going to Jerry's to buy the products, then showing up to do the work you'll find what one customer did..."you know how to get things done and work your butt off!"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to help the customer define the project in their terms. Make suggestions on how it might be best accomplished economically, incorporating experiences I've had to get it done timely, well, in a lasting fashion. Once the customer is clear on what they want, and are confident I understand the scope and variables regarding time and resources...I get to work.
