Derek truly increased the value of our home with his construction of a gate, installation of a screen/storm door on front porch, and customized screen door for the back door (which was tricky!). He worked efficiently, quickly, and with great care for meeting our HOA requirements for design. WILL HIRE AGAIN!

Derek came by to quote a job for us. He said he'd have a quote the next day - we didn't get one. I waited a few days then gently prodded for the quote. He said he'd get it to us within a couple of days. A week later still no quote. It has now been a few weeks and we have not heard a peep from him. He totally blew us off. Granted, it was not a huge job, but if he didn't want to quote it, he should have just told us that instead of just blowing us off. Not very professional in my opinion.
