If you find you need to go through bankruptcy, Tom Butcher was great. He treated me very well, he provided a lot of information and advice. Later, when another separate issue occurred, he offered advice for free. We were prepared to engage his services again but he found a way for us to get out of the situation without screwing ourselves...and he never asked a dime for that advice. I feel confident that I could call him right now if I needed to.

Tom helped me file bankruptcy in 2017. He helped remove any anxiety or stress throughout the process by helping me understand my options. He helped align my options with my goals. Now 3 years later I have begun my home buying experience and needed help to provide the lender with details on my bankruptcy. Tom was able to help answer further questions and provide the necessary documentation to further support my goal of buying a home.

I worked with Tom a few years ago and he was great. He made the whole process very easy and stress free. He answered all my questions and prepared me for everything to expect. He was also very competitively priced, which was a plus.I recently had something come up and reached back out to Tom; he was more than willing to make time to help resolve my issue even though it wasn't necessarily his area of expertise. Tom even followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was still ok.If you are looking for a bankruptcy attorney you won't find anyone better than Tom Butcher. Thanks again for everything.
