- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Do you need help establishing a budget? When we meet I can help you figure this out. It's your investment, I want to make it work for you. I like my pricing to be clear. So once we are clear on the scope of work for your project, I offer a flat fee so you know exactly what my services cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free discovery call first for about 20 minutes, to see if we are a good fit for each other. Then we can schedule a consultation so I can see your home and offer you some great solutions. I like to spend time at our first consultation getting to know my new client. I have a questionnaire I like to follow so we get all the right questions answered. I want to really listen and understand what your goals are for your space. I can help you see a new vision for your space. And then I offer my process to make it happen. Once we are clear on the scope of work, then we set up a timeline for completion, a budget, we both sign a letter of agreement so we are clearly on the same page and get started!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in graphic design and also interior design. I am always attending continuing education all over the states to keep up to date on what's new and exciting in the design and home industry.
