I requested the appt 2 am the day of and he was able to come to replace my broken garbage disposal with normal plumbing. In addition, he helped me change a lightbulb I couldn’t reach (no ladder) free of charge. He checked out another issue I had with my shower and came back out a couple days later and also fixed it for free since it was mostly taking it apart and putting it back together. Besides doing his job well, he kept me informed throughout each task and was also very friendly!
