C&V completed a tear off (3+ layers of roofing), replaced flashing and boots, installed decking, new shingles, and smart vents. They were quick to respond via text and phone calls and had the best bid out of 9 companies. It felt risky at first because we didn’t have any references from other homeowners, but had to do our best to make a decision. We are happy with the work they completed and ultimately went with C&V because of their estimate, timeline, and use of Malarkey roofing products (we liked that it was a little bit of an eco friendly brand compared to other brands). Our home is small and they were able to complete the work within 2 days. They used a variety of tools to clean up both days and our property was clean with minimal debris left behind. Will happily recommend to any friends and family who need a new roof!
