- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a full time REALTOR I work by commission, which means I only get paid when I help you buy or sell your property and the transaction closes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically start with a client consultation. The purpose of this initial appointment is to understand your “needs and wants” as a seller or buyer. This may be the most critical meeting of the entire process. During this appointment, the entire selling or purchasing pathway will be discussed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business degree from the University of Oregon and I attend regular continuing education classes for the real estate industry. Additional qualifications include: • Professional Standards committee member for the Central Oregon Association of Realtors (COAR). • Real Estate Negotiations Expert (RENE) designation • Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designation • Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) designation
