I've worked with a lot of contractors and subcontractors over the years remodeling and maintaining historic homes and Scott was among the most responsive, professional and intelligent I've worked with. He helped me square five doors and fixed a bath tub drain stopper that a professional plumber and two others couldn't fix. I will definitely use him in the future.

Scott has become my main handy man. Initially, I wanted a kitchen/ bathroom remodel, including flooring and tiling (with some plumbing work). Him and his employees did a wonderful, meticulous job. Pricing varies. If it is hourly, price is posted (but does not include supplies if needed). If it is a job that requires bidding, then the total cost would be provided verbally or in writing. There is never a cost for estimates or to speak to me about a project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come and meet/talk with the customer to see the project and verify that I can fulfill the work. If necessary, discuss pricing then or soon thereafter. Schedule the work. Follow up with the customer to ensure quality and satisfaction.
