Excellent experience. Our Bend condo had water damage. Originally, I asked Jim to oversee the remediation and restoration work (we are in Portland). The remediation went fine, but the restoration did not come together as I hoped. So, I switched vendors and had R3 do the work. It was the best decision possible. They were very responsive, did excellent and timely work, and Jim was of considerable help in providing details to the insurance company. Great experience. I highly recommend Jim and R3.

Loved the overall experience. Having people in my home is not always an easy experience. The R3 crew was amazing. Very honest and kind and professional and made great suggestions along the way. I ended up with the most amazing kitchen that focuses on my love for baking with our grandkids.

Jim & the R3 crew were really good! I was referred to R3 by a friend at work who had their kitchen & 1 bathroom updated. R3 completed a 2 story addition for us - it took a minute for Bend to approve the permits, but once they got approved, R3 made it happen. Great bunch of people - from the R3 crew all the way to the subcontractors and suppliers that Jim referred us to. R3 had our back at every turn. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.
