We have used K2 Design twice this year, one was a major pantry/laundry room transformation and the other a bathroom update. The pantry remodel had a lot of moving parts to it since this room was also the laundry room. Dave and Sandra were absolutely amazing throughout the process helping guide us to make the best decisions as both aesthetic and function were really important to us. It turned out so incredibly beautiful, I LOVE it.The second job was a very last minute shower remodel. We had a very tight timeline to get this done as this is a rental property. Dave jumped on it and like magic, when he and his team were done it looked amazing! So good we kinda wished we had been able to have him redo the entire bathroom. They were so on top of things on both jobs that if I noticed anything I thought might need to change Dave had already thought of it and the wheels were in motion.You are in great hands with K2!

We recently had our master bath and smaller second bathroom, remodeled by K2. The work was fantastic! David and Sandra who own the company were incredibly easy to work with and always had good suggestions. If there were ever any issues that came about we were able to talk and resolve immediately.As it was a second home for us, we were not always there during the work, So David would send us periodic photos of the progress. K2 was on time, within budget, and clean in the working process. I would not hesitate to hire them for any type of remodel work, and in fact, when we decide to redo the kitchen, they will be our first call.

I feel so lucky to have found the Koski's to remodel my entire apartment in Bend. Where to begin, they called me the same day I reached out to make arrangements to discuss the project. Their proposal was thorough and detailed. I was not living locally, and I was able to surrender all worries and concerns to this amazing couple. Never have I had a renovation experience as stress free as this. They followed up on every detail, made great suggestions for design, stayed in contact with me continuously. And they are just super nice, cool people to do business with. My apartment looks amazing, and I'm so happy with the outcome. Recommend K2 without reservation, a million stars.

    We provide free estimates and do our utmost to cater to your needs, wants and budget.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1-Phone call or email/text to gather some information regarding the project at hand 2-On site meeting with client to discuss details, take measurements, photos 3-Estimate will be emailed over to potential client 7 to 10 days after on-site meeting 4-Follow up phone to determine if potential client would like to proceed with a contract and scheduling 5-Contract will be sent via Docusign. This will include the requested deposit amount and scheduling details
