Michael Sullivan, owner, & a Apple Certified Macintosh Help Desk Specialist has over 30 years of extensive training, certifications & experience with Apple & has worked with over 3000 clients over the years to meet their unique computing needs. Paula's teaching background ensures that one-on-one and small group tutoring is effective and tailored to the specific learning style of the end user. Her innovative approach ensures that even new users are quickly comfortable and confident, and in addition, enables businesses, schools and non-profit organizations to keep their staff training costs down. Kevin, our service tech, applies his natural technology skills to meet our clients’ many needs.

Michael is highly experienced and able to quickly diagnose problems with my Apple devices. He's also knowable about older products and straight forward about when it's neccessary to upgrade both hardware and software.
