- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is priced separately and custom quoted to client before work begins. Our minimum quote is $125.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A client will typically text pictures of the project work to be done. I, Anthony will consider them and return text recommendations, and a quote. We can decide from there to move forward or not. If it's a go. We agree on a date and time (9:45 am is typical start time}. Client will text location address, and email address. Payment is collected at the end of the project and a paid invoice sent to email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have A.A.S. degree in Apparel & Textile Science and over 20 years in the upholstery business having grown up in my Grandfather's upholstery shop + over 7 years in leather and vinyl repair. I have a love for all things textile and find the art-techy, funky process of leather and vinyl repair quite satisfying. With happy clients to boot.
