Hello Bilisuma We’ve reviewed the conversation, photographs, recorded notes and timeframes of all communication and you or your wife were informed multiple times about the scope of work. You received a detailed quote on March 15th clearly listing full roof debris removal and professional moss treatment at a discounted rate. Gutters were never mentioned in your request and were not included in the quoted job or the work order you approved. Before starting, we also pointed out that your gutters were already quite full/compacted with years of built-up debris and sand, and explained that a complete gutter cleaning is a separate service. We did remove the loose material that came down from the roof during cleaning, but we don’t include full gutter cleaning at no charge. We followed up afterward to clarify this again and offered to schedule gutter cleaning at a discounted rate of $185 (normal price for a home this size is typically $250–$300).
