I enjoy the challenges associated with managing real estate. While many tasks are repetitive, you can always expect the unexpected. Sometimes, that may be a picture from a tenant with the question "Is that part of our roof in the driveway?". Other times, it may be an email from that client that has now picked up their second or third property, nd are excited to watch their portfolio grow. However, the best reward is alleviating our clients of these burdens and stresses of managing real estate on their own. We recently took on a new property where everything that could go going wrong was. Police were visiting daily, tenants were arguing, lawsuits were threatened and rent was 6 months late! The owner couldn't sleep at night between the constant worry and phone calls. We stepped in and quickly cleaned up the mess. Our client couldn't be happier with receiving her check every month and enjoying it in peace.
