- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat rates on roof and chimney repairs. I base my roof cleaning prices on the square footage of the roof and the material being cleaned. My gutter cleaning is based n the linear footage of the gutters and how many stories of the home. My Pressure washing prices are based on the material being washed and the square footage.
