FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private lessons on piano, voice, flute, guitar, ukulele, violin, acting, and musical theatre tuition is based on lesson length. Group lessons provide students the opportunity to collaborate and learn in a small group setting. Class sizes are limited to allow for optimal instructor attention. All group lesson tuition packages include lesson books and study materials!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are invited to a trial lesson (see tuition section for more information). Once our teacher wows you with their affability and professionalism, you may save your prefered lesson time with a deposit. Then you'll start meeting with your teacher every week!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All staff are highly qualified and routinely perform on their own instruments. We offer continuing education to staff through webinars and seminars. One of the goals of Maestro Music is to grow our teachers in their own educational skills and support them, as often teachers in the public schools lack that support. Performing challenges us to become better musicians also!
