I have discounts for the early birds who sign up with me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a getting-to-know-you phone call where we discuss where you're at, and where you want to go. Then we will develop the game plan together, and I will be here every step of the way to help you succeed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach. I've also figured out how to go from reluctant exerciser to a Happy Mover, and I'd love to help you on that journey too!
