** Updated Review ** - Apparently there is an error in Thumbtack app. It did not notify the tech; learned from the tech when they visited us for providing an estimate. Although I did not get the work done through this tech, they followed up and showed up for estimate in a future date. They were very professional throughout. Updating the review to 5 star as the initial non response was a fault on the Thumbtack app and not by the tech themselves.
