Carlos and his crew did our crawlspace insulation, new barrier shield and added a dryer vent for us. They were very professional and did an amazing job! We are very pleased with his work and left the area cleaned after he finished. We are so happy with the results that we plan on using him again for the attic insulation. Carlos did an amazing job with our home. We wanted to improve the insulation in our 2nd story attic for the whole house and determine a solution to make my garage workshop more comfortable in summer heat & winter cold. Carlos exceeded our expectations for both projects with creative and professional solutions at a reasonable price.
He determined part of the problem in my workshop was no insulation in the walls and small attic space above the garage. Carlos and his team were able to blow insulation into the walls with very small holes and special equipment. In the attic space he ensured we had adequate ventilation, installed insulation on 2 walls, blew insulation under some attic flooring an created space for deeper insulation on the sides.
Carlos showed up on time, was very easy to work with and took great care with his team to ensure our home was protected during the process by laying plastic on the floor as well as covering areas in both the garage and 2nd story bonus room. When the work was done he cleaned up so there was no trace of insulation remnants.
In summary, it was clear that A&R Insulation indeed had 20+ years experience and they earned the rave reviews of 5 stars. They were very professional, courteous, listened to our input then delivered excellent solutions. The results have allowed me to work in a short sleeve shirt in the garage with a 35 degree temperature drop over the cold outside.

Professional work. Replaced the crawlspace vapor barrier and added missing insulation. Crawlspace access in the house was sealed off to keep dust form going all over the house. Carlos addressed all of my questions and concerns. Highly recommended.
