If you need to rent furnishings or not, I can help you! Most homes I stage have more than enough furniture to properly stage the home. The bigger issue is hiding the things that we need to put away. In one day, my clients can see their home turn into a dream home. More importantly, the buyers will love it too! I provide a written list of all of my notes, so the home owners can complete the process on their own. This is extremely helpful to the home owners, especially if they have a lot of clean-up to do or repairs like painting or changing light fixtures, etc. Even an empty house will benefit from some upgrades or curb appeal recommendations. At the end of every staging job I do, the home-owners always say, "I should have been living this way all along!". That's when I know I've done a great job!
