UTZ was the first contractor to respond, and was available quickly to do a paint job on a rental house. We needed an entire interior repaint, and they completed the job right away—hired on Thursday, done by Sunday afternoon. Excellent communication and thorough job. Would use again.

I needed some windows painted in preparation for a home sale. Quite a few of them were in pretty rough shape. The wood was completely rotting out on my front windows, and it was beyond the scope of what I had the time, energy or skills for before my open house. Pedro was incredibly quick to respond. He asked me when I was available for him to come out for a quote. I basically said I was available ASAP and he offered to come out 30 minutes later. We walked my property together to evaluate the windows. I watched his box cutter sink through my front windowsills like they were butter. Not great. He assured me they were in bad shape, but salvageable. We spoke about my time and financial constraints and mutually agreed upon a deal that we both found to be fair. He sent a crew out the next day. They worked diligently for about 8 hours and cleaned up after themselves. No trace was left behind, just beautifully painted windows. Pedro requested I review their work to make sure I was satisfied prior to accepting payment. All in all, I had a great experience with UTZ PNW Construction. Their great work boosted the curb appeal of my house, and I have no doubt it was a contributing factor to why it sold so quickly. I’m already planning on using them for some work on my new home.

We had an unexpected delay in our floors being installed and so decided to try and paint our living room while the furniture was moved. We had three days to do it and we’re doubtful that we could find anyone available on such short notice. UTZ PNW construction called us immediately and scheduled work for the next day. They finished up two days later and our walls and trim look terrific. They made time for us in their busy schedule and were certain that we got everything we needed. We’ll definitely use this company for our next project.
