UTZ was the first contractor to respond, and was available quickly to do a paint job on a rental house. We needed an entire interior repaint, and they completed the job right away—hired on Thursday, done by Sunday afternoon. Excellent communication and thorough job. Would use again.

UTZ PNW Construction did an excellent job with the projects we needed completed around our home. We needed a small section of our living room wall patched and painted as well as our baseboards and trim pieces caulked and painted. On the exterior of our home we needed the window trim replaced as well as part of the fascia board on the side of the house that we originally had replaced a couple years ago by someone else that was already beginning to fail. Pedro was so knowledgeable and had his crew out here working in no time. The whole crew is very friendly and worked around our schedule. We are so happy with the quality of work they did! It feels like a brand new house. We did have the crew come back and paint the upper part of the exterior where the trim was replaced due to the paint being new and fresh and it stood out on the old weathered paint. I highly recommend UTZ PNW Construction.

We had an unexpected delay in our floors being installed and so decided to try and paint our living room while the furniture was moved. We had three days to do it and we’re doubtful that we could find anyone available on such short notice. UTZ PNW construction called us immediately and scheduled work for the next day. They finished up two days later and our walls and trim look terrific. They made time for us in their busy schedule and were certain that we got everything we needed. We’ll definitely use this company for our next project.
