Pedro and team were great to work with. The person we had scheduled to do our flooring backed out at the last minute and I reached out to Pedro on thumbtack. He responded right away, stopped by the same day to review the project, sent me a quote and was able to start the project the next day in order to keep our kitchen remodel on track. We had quite a few intricate cuts and they did a really good job. Before and after photos included. Additionally, Pedro was very communicative, professional and on-time. They also cleaned up the site and went above and beyond trying to find a transition piece that could match our original hardwoods floors in a joining room. I will definitely work with Pedro and his team again.

Pedro and his team were amazing to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable and kind. We hired them to fix our concrete walls and repaint 2 bedrooms in our basement. It was not a simple job. They completely transformed our rooms, they’re gorgeous! Communication leading up to and during the job was great. I will definitely be hiring them again for other projects.

I needed some windows painted in preparation for a home sale. Quite a few of them were in pretty rough shape. The wood was completely rotting out on my front windows, and it was beyond the scope of what I had the time, energy or skills for before my open house. Pedro was incredibly quick to respond. He asked me when I was available for him to come out for a quote. I basically said I was available ASAP and he offered to come out 30 minutes later. We walked my property together to evaluate the windows. I watched his box cutter sink through my front windowsills like they were butter. Not great. He assured me they were in bad shape, but salvageable. We spoke about my time and financial constraints and mutually agreed upon a deal that we both found to be fair. He sent a crew out the next day. They worked diligently for about 8 hours and cleaned up after themselves. No trace was left behind, just beautifully painted windows. Pedro requested I review their work to make sure I was satisfied prior to accepting payment. All in all, I had a great experience with UTZ PNW Construction. Their great work boosted the curb appeal of my house, and I have no doubt it was a contributing factor to why it sold so quickly. I’m already planning on using them for some work on my new home.
