- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer straightforward consistent pricing to all of our customers. We do a thorough job up front of understanding the scope and extent of a job before offering a price to ensure we fully understand your needs and expectations. Then we put together a competitive bid/estimate. We are now offering financing! Ask us where you can find info on monthly payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with our potential clients in person at the site. We gather the dimensions and get an idea of the scope of the project. We will take this information and develop an estimate for the cost and duration of the project. We will meet again to discuss the estimate and determine if you would like to move forward with the project. If you do we will schedule the project and work through the contract with you. Once that is complete we can begin working on your remodel project!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The two owners that will be doing the construction work have a combined over 10 years of experience remodeling and renovating homes and small commercial projects. They have a passion for quality and customer service. The third owner runs the business side of things. He has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and 6 years in business leadership roles. This includes managing multiple production departments with more than 35 employees, and budgets of over $10 million. With experience project management and continuous improvement.
