Brian is awesome. I was in a pickle with a leaking hose bib and none of my regular plumber contacts were available on short notice (or were going to charge me a ridiculous $700 for a fix). Brian was available the very next morning. Excellent communication, showed up on time, offered a competitive price for repair, and was in and out within an hour. He had 13+ years of plumbing experience before branching off to start his own business and very patiently explained every step of the work while I watched (not everyone has that skill and ability!). Highly professional, efficient, and kind. Will absolutely be going to Brian for my future plumbing projects.
