- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $200 non-refundable consultation fee which will be discounted toward the project if you accept our price proposal and choose to contract with us. The consultation includes a phone call, one visit to your project site, and a price proposal. We require a 50% deposit which is due at contract signing. The balance, which includes the remaining 50% of the contract price and any change orders, is due within 10 days of final completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. You pay the Consultation Fee. 2. We have a phone conversation to get some basic information and answer any initial questions. 3. We work together to schedule a site visit. 4. We send you the price proposal. 5. You accept our price proposal. 6. We send you the contract for signature. 7. You sign the contract and pay the 50% deposit. 8. We work together to schedule your project. 9. We deliver you project according to the project schedule. 10. You pay the contract balance, including any change orders, within 10 days of completion. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Shane has an AAS in Construction Management as well as extensive operation management coursework, has worked in the trades for over 20 years, and has spent the last 8 years directly managing multi-million-dollar construction projects.
