FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of repairs can vary, but I provide a transparent pricing list for common issues on my website to give you a clear idea of the cost. While some appliances may require more time and technical expertise, resulting in a higher final cost, I aim to keep my pricing competitive and within the guidelines provided on my website
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every repair job begins with a thorough diagnostic. I take the time to clearly explain the issue to the customer and provide a complete breakdown of the repair cost, including the cost of any necessary parts. Should the repair require additional parts, it may take up to 7 business days to receive them. Once all the parts are in hand, I return to complete the repair
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed EPA technician, authorized to work on all household appliances, including those requiring freon handling. I am also a licensed general contractor and carry insurance, with 3 years of experience
