FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by the job, not by the hour, so it’s important for one of our licensed technicians to be able to assess your problem in the home before providing any type of pricing for jobs. We will not up-charge services for nights, weekends, or holidays.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our team will take great care of your home while working onsite.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There are two types of Plumbers - journeymen and masters. A journeyman Plumber has completed an apprenticeship and is certified to work on his or her own. A master Plumber has either years of experience or has completed a more advanced training program. Many Plumbers start their careers as apprentices, working under the supervision of a Master Plumber. This is a good way to learn the trade and to develop the skills necessary to be a successful Plumber. When choosing a Plumber, it is important to find one who has the proper qualifications and experience.
