FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are a buyer, did you know it typically costs you nothing to work with a real estate agent because the seller pays the commissions. If you are a seller, I will always discount my fee if you are planning to purchase a home. Additionally, if I end up working directly with a buyer for the home you are selling, I will discount my fee more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a seller, I like to meet in your home so I can put a face to a name and get to know you better. In addition, I can go over comps for your neighborhood and provide tips to add value to your house before it is listed. I will provide a list of to-do's before I leave and help you put a game plan together. For a buyer, I like to meet in the office so I can put a face to a name and get to know you better. Additionally, this gives me an opportunity to really narrow in on what you are looking for and setup a search to help you find the perfect home for your family. I will also go over a list of things to do and not to do before buying a home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have passed all real estate tests and have kept my license up-to-date with yearly continuing education training.
