My pricing is based on 12-week training packages, tailored to meet specific fitness goals. I offer: A Weight Loss package designed for those aiming to shed pounds and improve overall fitness. A Muscle Gain and Strength package for those focused on building strength and muscle definition. An Elite Trainer package for advanced individuals targeting significant muscle mass and hypertrophy. Each package includes a structured plan with progressive workouts, personalized guidance, and ongoing support. Discounts may be available for referrals or group sign-ups. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is designed to ensure I fully understand your goals, needs, and preferences: Initial Assessment Form: I’ll send you a form with questions about your current health, fitness history, goals, and what you’re looking to achieve through training. Detailed Consultation Call: Once the form is complete, we’ll schedule a call to discuss your responses in more detail. This allows me to get a deeper understanding of your needs and how I can best support you. Free Introductory Session: After our consultation, I’ll book a free session with you, either in the gym or at a location of your preference. This gives us an opportunity to meet in person, assess your current fitness level, and ensure we’re aligned on the plan moving forward. My goal is to provide a personalized and supportive experience from the very start!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the gold standard in fitness education, in March 2024. NASM provides comprehensive training on exercise science, program design, and client safety, ensuring I can create effective and personalized fitness plans. In addition, I’ve been deeply involved in fitness since starting my own journey in 2019. This personal experience gives me a unique understanding of the challenges and rewards of building a healthier, stronger lifestyle.
