We had a storm with power outage just when I was scheduling with the contractor. This and the extreme heat delayed my service (which was not their fault). The man who fixed my system was great and did an excellent job. He communicated when he would be at my house and worked in the afternoon heat. I was anxious for my irrigation system to be fixed as I had just planted flowers. My only problem was I felt I chased the office person trying to get my service scheduled. She said she would call me back that evening but did not. This happened again that I called but no return call in a timely fashion. Again, there was a power outage and extreme heat, so the circumstances could have been in the way of the service? Anyway, 5 stars to the service person and 4 stars for the office. Still, a good rating. :)

Should have known when he said he was a car salesman to beware. First said he made machine. Another red flag. Probably could start in 2 week. No bad weather in time frame. I had to keep calling to check. After installed there was little communication. Mostly me trying to call. Lucky if got answer. So busy don't you know. Can't spare 2 minutes? 3 weeks ago I was told be there end of week! While installing he cut neighbors ATT cable. His wife works from home! Seems like everything that happened were excuses. Beware
